Help on CAIPS notes

Hi folks,

I applied under Skilled category in Buffalo. I received a letter to
attend interview in LA, but dates are not informed yet. I got CAIPS
notes, and it displays this information:

FILE BF'D to : LA on 22-07-2004

Does this mean that I will be interviewed on 22/7/04?

Also, I do not see my overseas experience of 3.5 years included in the
CAIPS notes; it only shows my experience in US (which is 3 years of
part-time job). Is this the usual practice?

Thanks for all the inputs,

Vijee

No, it doesn't mean that interview will be held at that date. It is only a
reminder to look at your file at that date if there is no activity.

Probably certain doubts and/or questions about your overseas experience are
the reason for interview call in the first place - not having such
experience included in the assessment so far indicates that either you
haven't proven it in any conclusive way or things didn't check out during
verification process.
