Was she included in your TWP application?

She is listed on my TWP but ticked as "not accompanying me to Canada". I have not sent off my application as I want to sort this out first.

Why have you ticked that if she will be accompanying you to Canada? Sorry but I am obviously missing something, am very confused!

Is she going with you or not?

Probably better to include her on your application especially if she is planning on following you later

The TWP asks for personal details of family which I completed with my wife's details. It then askes if they will be accompanying you to Canada (answer yes or no). She will be accompanying me to Canada but I will be going in April and she will not be going until September. However on the guidance notes that are printed with the TWP application it states "If your family members wish to follow you to Canada at a later date, they must make a separate application for admission".

What do we need to do?

Hi,
My OH went to BC in May on a TWP, my son and I were listed as family members, but not accompanying as we can't join him until early next year, at which stage I will apply for a spousal open TWP and our son a student permit. If your wife isn't with you when you get your permit then she is not accompanying you. The wiki lists the documents your wife will need when she joins you and gets her own permit.
