hello
 
I ve recently decided to emigrate canada(PR).Could anyone please help me with some advice? Should i submit my application myself or i should get a lawyer? if lawyer is needed could anyone recommend me one? from a call i made at one agency i was told is 1500£ their fees, plus what i have to pay to canadian immigration and medical exams?are these the average prices?

Only you can decide on your comfort level with the forms and process, and whether its worth the cost when you have to gather the paperwork yourself most of the time anyway.

Hi andreip, we used CanadaVisa and i must say they were fantastic...however, that was before i found this place.:thumbsup: If you decide to do it yourself you'll find all the info you need here and more than enough people willing to help you throught it;)

Now with the FSW 1, 2, 3 categories, it is a little more simpler, either your job experience is on the "list" of 38 or it isn't. With FSW 2/3 you are either working in Canada on a work permit or you have an Approved Employment Offer. If you don't meet any of the above 3 qualifications, you don't qualify for Federal Skilled Worker. At this point you would have to explore the PNP programs in the Provinces, this is where professional assistance may come in handy.
