WINNIPEG (CP) - Manitoba is turning to Alberta for a review of cardiac care in
the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, Health Minister Dave Chomiak said
Tuesday.

The announcement came the same day as a news report of the death of a
58-year-old woman who had waited more than two years for surgery to repair
three blocked arteries after a heart attack in 1995
