Jul 2001 - Application sent
Aug 2001- file number
Sep 2001- Letter requesting interview
Oct 2002 - Interview
Nov 2002- Medicals
Dec 2002- additional Medicals requested
Jan 2003- Medicals sent
Jan 2003- More medical tests asked
Mar 2002- Final medicals sent
8-Apr-2003 Letter asking for passports and PR Card info

The medical issue was related to some spots at the X-Ray - suspected TB did
the sputum test. Result was OK...
