Does his CAIPS file says the reason he got 5 points in Adaptability factor?
If he has exactly same credentials as you (post graduate work permit and not
yet completed full year of authorized work in Canada) then someone made a
mistake and it may be corrected later when final decision is being made.

Just try to apply to Quebec..... Try that option instead of pushing your limits in federal that much... Just a suggestion...

I've been to Montreal twice but not sure......

If you work in Canada for one year on a work permit you will get five
points.

I think the poster worked in Canada after graduation and not on a work
permit, hence, he didn't get the 5 points.
