Default Got It

It's my turn to say got it.
Skilled Professional, Buffalo, NY
Indian National, Working in US since 1998
MAR 6 2003 AOR
FEB 12 2004 Initial Assessment, Interview waiver
FEB 24 2004 Medicals
APR 10 2004 ROLF, Updated FBI clearance certificate, DOCS etc
JUL 16 2004 Passport Request from Buffalo
I would like to thank this group. You guys have been very helpful.
I have few more questions.
1. How long the immigration VISA would be valid. I am planning on
sending my passport in August(Need to get new passport as present one
is expiring).
Usually what is the max time frame that would be given to land in
Canada?

2. My present project is ending in August 2005, so I want to stay here
until that time and move to Canada permanently. My present employer is
planning to open a branch in Canada some time next year, around Jul
2005. That is why I would like to know what is the max time given to
land.

Thanks one and all.

1. Up to 12 months from medicals - you'll have time until Feb 2005,
providing that you submit passport valid at least that long.

2. see the above.
