12/21/01 - AOR
11/5/02 - Interview waiver and asking to do medicals after 6 months
12/15/02 - Sent updated FBI
5/7/03 - Medicals
7/16/03 - Passport request
7/38/03 - Mailed Passport
8/6/03 - GOT IT!!
