I can't believe this but I got my passport request letter today!
Here is my timeline for London application:
Applied March 31, 2003
Processing start date April 29, 2003
AOR received beginning of May 2003
Interview waiver/med req. May 2003
Medical & RPRF sent June 9, 2003
Passport req. letter rec. July 7, 2003
Thank you Andrew Miller and Jim Humphries for your advice. Good luck
to everyone in this newsgroup. See you there.
And a last "bite me" to Northern Lights for his un-intuitive
contributions and pro-USA ramblings that annoy the hell out of
everyone in this newsgroup that has a real desire to live in Canada.

March 31, 2003 until July 7, 2003. It only took you around 4 months! Anyway, congratulations!

Congratualtions, did you apply March 2003 or 2002? it seems that you
broke the record in term of processing time.
Thanks

March 2003. Really can't beleive it. I have been working for the past
4 years in BC though, and was employed at the time of my application.
I think this may of helped a little. Plus my employer stressed in the
job offer letter that they wanted me back ASAP for a software
implementation during July. Who knows. A friend of mine had a very
similar application with a letter of offer from the same employer but
took over 12 months so I have absolutely no idea why I've been so
lucky.
