Default Getting sorted for PR application

DH has TWP for 3 years and employer wants to offer permanent employment so want to get PR sorted, have been here over 12 months so feel we are OK to apply but can't work out where I am supposed to send the application. Just waiting for police checks from the UK but otherwise sorting application out.

Any ideas or suggests welcome

Assuming that the job is NOC a,b or O, with 1 years authorized work you can apply under FSW 3, this is package you need. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/informa...ns/skilled.asp
You should read the instructions, you send a preliminary application to CIU Sydney, no police certificates, no supporting documents other than a copy of your work permit and letter from the employer stating that they will employ you permanently. If you qualify you will have to submit a full application to either Buffalo or London within 120 days.
