What happens if somone gets married AFTER he has already applied for Canadian PR ?

Advise the visa office of your marriage. Your wife will have to be addied to your

The case must be amended, regardless of the applicant's intention to include the
spouse as an accompanying dependent. Additional information on this topic may be
