which one should i choose ?. Please explain
a.. Guide [IMM EG7000]

OR

It depends under which program you want (and qualify) to apply. What you are
referring to are only basic guides for 3 completely different programs and
remember that reading guides alone is not enough to prepare yourself for the
process.

what are their advantages and disadvantages?

There is no way to directly compare those programs as they are aimed at
different qualifications and serve different needs. One can only tell you
the between them difference for a particular case, after fully assessing
person's qualifications under each of those programs.

Some will easier qualify for one while others may easier qualify for another
program.

Please note that all PNP programs require a guaranteed job offer from
particular Province and that each provides very small number of certificates
per year that are usually issued in first few months of each year.
