FSW: Do u think Documentation can b done by ownself
When applying for FSW and making an application along with supportive documents, is it easy to do the whole job without the consultant, as CIC says that u can do it by yourself?
Which point is most critical & may require a consultant in this process, making the application package?

Of course you can do it yourself, most people on the forum do. But it depends on your own individual circumstances, how complicated your application is, how confident you are of being able to complete every form correctly and provide proof and only you can decide that.
Remember that nearly 30% of applications are refused by CIC, so you must decide if you are at risk of being among that 30% or not.
Your call I'm afraid! Good luck deciding.

In the whole process of documentation, can u please highlight which part is critical and require special attention. I think it is NOC, isn't it??

Having a consultant doenst change that, you will still need to go through the hassle of gathering all the evidence yourself anyway.

Re: FSW: What is the Most Important Point when making as Application
Aren't all qualifying factors and the evidence (documents) to back up an application, the applicants work experience, health factors & funds, all equally relevant to the outcome?
Having been rejected in the past due to being 2 points short, we were deemed not to be able to settle in Canada (there's irony in there somewhere), in our experience our past decision was a simple calculation of points.
If we had moved on to the next stage, then the medicals would have been the next test.
