Dajino/Francine,
Would it be possible for me to email you? I am interested in your case, as I am in the same position and also from Quebec.
The rules for Quebec vs Canada for sponsoring a spouse/conjugal partner are very confusing, since I don't have info on whether the Quebec Govt has changed their rules, or if we even apply thru Quebec for this particular case.
Hope you can help, we're really very confused
