Default ....Forms again...

Hi,

Your help please,

I've filled out a (IMM 5406) Additional family information for my self. I understand my wife also has to do one. At the top of the form Section A: I assume she puts my name in the Applicant box as I am the principle applicant ??. please clarify.

It may sound a stupid one but my heads mince with all these forms and i don't want to balls anything up.

Kind regards,

Gav.

Additional Family - Yes your wife fills it in as the applicant and then you become the spouse. Obviously her parentage will be different and if she has brothers or sisters. I guess your children should be the same, but not always.

Hope this helps.
