Form IMM 5406-Spousal Sonsorship

If my spouse ( canadian born) is sponsoring me ( british) to immigrate, do I include him on form IMM 5406.

I know this is where I mention our children ( british but also canadian citizens ) but do I put down my husband on this form, who is the person sponsoring me and would be moving to Canada with us ? :unsure:

Re: Form IMM 5406-Spousal Sonsorship

If I am interpreting that form correctly, each person who is being sponsored who is one of the below must fill out that form:
a) the principal applicant
b) the spouse or common-law partner of the principal applicant
c) a dependent child aged 18 or over of the principal applicant

In this case, the principal applicant is you, OP.

So, you fill one out as you fall into (a) above;
Your spouse does NOT fill one out as he is not being sponsored;
Your children do NOT fill one out as they are not being sponsored.

(Happy for someone to correct me if I have misinterpreted the instructions at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/informa...s/3999Etoc.asp)

Thanks Schnookololy,

Some of the questions are so amibiguous - you don't know whether to put everything and everybody down, so risking confusing whoever has to read it and delaying your application or trying to interpret it yourself and risk leaving something/somebody out of a section and delaying your application that way !
