I have read all the previous thread about this subject, but can't seem to find the answer. Should forms B4 and B4a be used for goods accompanying, goods to follow, or both? For example - if you use form B4 for your goods accompanying, do you then use form B4a for goods to follow, or do you use another B4 form for goods to follow? Or, through people's experience, it is easier to to provide your own lists and let the customs officers fill out B4 and B4a?
