Default Form 5406

Hi,

I know this seems like a stupid question but I would appreciciate some
advice anyway. I am completing the various immigration forms and have
a question regarding IMM 5406. The guide says that this form must be
filled out by myself, my wife and my dependant children. The form
however seems to be intended for the principle applicant. Do I take it
that if the other members of my family fill this form in that they put
thier names in the Applicant box, and that the other information is
as relates to them? For example my unmarried daughter would put me as
father and say N/A for spouse?

Thanks

Don

Dependent children under 18 don't need to fill IMM 5406 form.

And yes - you fill your info as Applicant in your form, your wife will be an
Applicant in her form and so on.
