Just got back from a flagpole trip to Montana to activate the new PRs :D :thumbsup:

PS A good tip for anyone south of Calgary - we were told by various people that Coutts was the nearest place, but were also advised that the US Border officials were not always very nice to deal with.

We went to Carways Border Crossing (at the end of Highway 2 - a little over 2 hours from Okotoks). It's not 24 hour - opens at 07.00 till 23.00 - but several plus points:
Easy to get to
Staff on the US side couldn't be more helpful
Canadians not effusive but okay

Another big plus was due to arriving early (just after 08.40) we were the only people there, got through both sets of Customs and Immigration and were on our way back to Okotoks by 09.15! :thumbup:

Next step - getting our stuff through Customs before weekend! :fingerscrossed:
