Filling Citizenship calculator adding one day trips with different dates

I am currently filling my travel calculator for citizenship application. I have more then 50 one day visits from Canada to US. Most of my visits are to US at 7 PM and my return time is 10PM. So I have returned on the same day but when I was checking my travel history as per below link, I saw that Canada and US border dates are changed as per EDT time. I live on the west cost of Canada in PDT time. So when I am coming back to Canada my 10PM for example on 1 September is marked as 2nd September at 1 AM. I am not worried about loosing a day but which date should i write on my calculator. I am sure that I have not crossed the border after 12AM PDT so should I write same day return which may create confusion for CIC.

What should I do?
1. Mark all 1 day visits as same day return visits or
2.Mark next day return if the below link is saying that i returned next day.
