Default File Transfer question

Hi,

I just got a letter from buffalo saying

We are pleased to inform you that your file has been transferred to Los Angeles
Buffalo no longer has my file.

Does any one have time line for similar case.
Appoximately how long would i have to wait before the interview....

The letter also says my decision is unlikely before March 31 2003 so my decision will be made in accordance with Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA ) Does any one know what the act is...

Hi DWIMC,
Is it true that your interview was initially waived ?
Could you please post your timelines and if you have any idea why they may have scheduled an interview for you after waiving it first.

Currently interview queue is about 8+ months long in LA.

See my reply to your other post about IRPA. Get ready for a shock of your
life...

So whats the deal? They send u an interview letter and they say they dont have you record?
They should stop the pot circulating there.. soon! they are getting delirious.
This is getting out of hand ?

could be that the waiver only applied when they were assessing you under the
old law but now that you are being assessed under the new law they require
an interview.
