Hi,

Is it true that after June 28, 2002. Fiance is not longer under the Family Class
Immigration?

I have received the letter from Case Processing Center that my sponsorship
application is approved today. Will this new regulation effect my fiance's
application?

Since you have already submitted your application, and received the sponsorship
approval, you will not be effected. The new regulations are not retroactive for
Family Class Applications.
