Default Fee Payment for PR Common Law Application

Hello there.

I'd appreciate some help. I'm sponsoring my boyfriend via an out of Canada Common Law application. I have some questions about fee payment.

Firstly, we want to pay at an institution in Canada, since that's where we currently are and we want to pay with cash. We have the relevant receipt form, but are we allowed to pay at a bank here evene if we are making an "out of Canada" application?

Secondly, just wanted to double check that I'm the one who is supposed to be paying, and therefore the one who puts my "payer information".

Many thanks,

Helen

Also, what should I put for Client ID?

Hi

Not sure about the payment, but you are paying (as the sponsor) and you don't have a client ID so it is left blank.

Thanks for that. We're still really desperate to know whether we can pay in Canada though...Anyone?

Yes, of course you can. The application begins its process in Canada anyway at the Mississauga Processing Centre.
