Default Federal skilled worker factor points

Hi

Just wondering about my education that I have. I will have a Bachelor's degree and a certificate that I have earned since being in Canada. My question is, will I get points of for both, so the max 25, or will I just get the points for one?

Also, if I have been on a study permit, will my work experience count for Federal points?

Thanks

Depends. If it's an academic qualification i.e. a Masters, then yes. If it's vocational or professional, then no.

On the assumption that you were classed as a full-time student at the time, then I'm afraid not - I have been working in Canada for the last six months but didn’t get points for work experience. Why not?

HTH.
