Default FBI Certificate after interview

Passed the interview last week. Officer said wait for letter/checklist for additional documents needed.

Checklist includes again " Original police certificates from the FBI for your self and spouse." I did submitt a fresh FBI certificate(issued last wk of October) together w/ other police certs but my wife still waiting for her FBI cert. Is this requirement only for my wife or just to be sure apply for another certificate?
Also in the letter, asked to pay the ROLF.

Thanks in Advance.

or just inform the officer that I already provided a fresh FBI cert. during the interview.

You should not need a new FBI certificate since you have already provided a
new one last month. Form letters are often used without amending them to
suit specific situations.
