last week I got my CAIPS notes, Here is my case status section:

PSDEC 1 04-05-2004
BDEC 22-06-2004
OREQ 0
SELDEC 1 01-04-2005
MEDDEC 0
FINDEC 0

on the documents requested section shows:

FAPI WEB 13-07-2005 -

What confuses me is that I didn't receive any mail or notice from they after interviewing ( We passed the interview at Detroit in March 2005).

Does anyone know what is it ? the document is requested from me or some other source?
