Hi All,

im just looking for advice having spent ages trawling previous posts and the wiki.

Can someone confirm/deny that we cannot go through the family stream if we have dependant children or parents alive, my husband is looking to apply to adopt his brother, wife n kids but from what i can see you cant if he has dependant children or parents. So the next option would be a job offer for the brother and go through the PNP route, his brother is a drywaller by trade, his wife works as a class room assistant.

Im just looking for some advise at this point, to see if its possible to adopt them or not.

I don't understand...your husband wants to adopt his brother etc? What do you mean by adopt?
