Default Which Family Members

I am a US citizen living in the states, and being sponsored
by my spouse to go to Canada. We have no children and
or any other dependents. What family members should I
include in my IMM008 page 2 and in IMM5406 ?

Thanks,
Mark

Disclaimer: I'm not an expert; merely one who's sponsoring.

Since she is sponsoring you, you should leave 'IMM008 page 2' empty. I
think the intent is to list whoever is 'further down the line' from
her and you.

I can't find IMM5406 in my stuff, so I don't recall what that was about.

Your IMM-0008 form would include only the details of your spouse,
although she is the sponsor (she would be marked as non-accompanying).
Your IMM-5406 form would include details of all immediate family members
including your parents and siblings.

Do i include my spouses details on both IMM-008 & IMM-5406 since she is my
sponsor?

On IMM-5406 parents and siblings, even if they are not dependent on me or my
spouse?
And even if they are not emigrating or planning to emigrate to Canada?

Also if yes to the above?......Does each of them have to fill out a copy of
IMM5406 or does one
copy with all their info fill the requirement?

Thanks Again,
Mark

Thanks,
Mark
you only need to include those dependent on you on page 2 of imm 0008, and when it is your spouse that is your sponsor, they are not considered family members(except on imm 5406 , section A...you must list your spouse, or go to note one at the bottom of that box) The section B and C are self-explanatory....read the headings of each section!!
