Hi,
my wife and I were married in November of last year, and are starting the process of Family Class immigration.
We intend to go through the outland process, with the application being processed in London. I'm currently in Canada on a tourist visa which expires in May, and I'm staying with my wife at the moment.
My question is this though. On the forms you have to detail where you are living, which shouldn't be a problem, but although i'm not resident here yet, i'm obviously staying at a Canadian address.
Does anyone know how this will affect the outland process? I have a return ticket back home and i'm supporting myself financially, so it's not as if i've turned up suitcase in hand. Any thoughts?
Cheers.

I had similar questions but from searching old posts it seems they take it as read that even though you've a Canadian residential/postal address, you're processed outland anyway.
We're doing the same thing on a similar timescale and I've filled out my forms with my Canadian addy. I might be wrong however!
