Default Family Class Confusion

I am a Canadian Citizen who recently married a british citizen in England.
We are currently awaiting for our Further Leave to Remain in England at the
moment.

We at some point may wish to return to Canada to live and work together ,
and looking at the application I came across the "dependant of a dependant
blah blah confusing question .." exception. My husband has no dependants
and I have 2 from a previous marriage. Where does this classify me as a
sponsor and would we require to do a financial evaluation/proof of finances
in order for us to all return together?

Thank you

There is no real financial criteria for sponsorship of spouses. You still
have to provide financial information but so long as you are not on welfare
there is unlikely to be a problem.
