Re: Express Entry Scores and Progress Thread
Dear all,
1- are the claimed years of experience should be contionuous?
2- in CRS what is the difference between Foreign work experience and Canadian work experience?
3- In WES to get my ECA it is stated on the website that:
a- the Bachelor photocopy should be sent by me
b- the transcript should be sent by my University in a sealed envelop
so is it possible that the university send both (a) and (b) in the sealed envelop and if not then shall I send (a) to the WES by
mail or fax?

Dear all,
1- are the claimed years of experience should be continuous?
I don't recall when i filled my EE it is requesting to be continuous or not,,, so even interrupted experience then just enter it on EE under separate dates.., and let CIC decide if counted or not..
2- in CRS what is the difference between Foreign work experience and Canadian work experience?
it is obvious...one is while work in canada and the other experience outside canada. don't need to make it so complicated..i.e they give you point if you worked in canada for 1 yr or more..

as it says you need to send your degree. I can only assume mail will be the only acceptable form...has it not said how? As it is probably need to be notarized. i am not familiar with WES so you just need to read or some one else who use them can tell you otherwise!

Thanks a lot Hassan
so because me and my wife didn't work in Canada, we will be able only to claim points under "C. Skill transferability factors" , am I right?

Just search for Provincial Nomination Program on Google and that will have all the links you need - each province has different rules around nominations.

I think all territories needs a job offer to accept one for a Provincial Nominee Program, is there another way other than acquiring job offer and if there is no other way so what is the chance for a web Developer or Elementary English teacher as a second language to get a job offer?

You will need to check each Provincial website (links given within page of link above) to ascertain what is in demand and how to apply.

Re: Express Entry Scores and Progress Thread
I think people are just suggesting you do a bit of your own research, as most of your questions can be answered with a quick look at the CIC website, and it seems you're just expecting the forum members to do the work for you.
As said above, you'll need far more than 405 to be in with a chance of being invited to apply for PR, so you'll need to look at increasing your points. For most that's a job offer (LMIA) or PNP, and with regard to your question re: the PNP, this is again a question that you really need to research yourself. So Google the PNP website for the province you are interested in, and that should help as all of the provinces have very good PNP websites.
Good luck.
