61% - Percent of applications for permanent residence received by CIC relative to the number of invitations issued.
this one does seem surprising. i wonder if it is a case of people not being able to get the paperwork together in time or none serious people just making profiles to see what happens.
all the rest seem reasonable to me.

Are you applying via CEC, FSW, PNP etc?
Did they ask you to submit a document(s) as I see yours says 'provided'?

Anecdotal evidence from these forums seemed to show a trendof about 4 months for approvals. This seems to have slipped to around 6 months.
I don’t think there is much difference which EE stream youare in I think it may have been a case of CEC and PN people being ready to goand getting applications in earlier when the process times were shorter.
I would not think your application will be much quicker than6 months.

CEC is faster then FSW from what I have seen
