Express entry profile / PNP Express Entry stream.

Express entry profile / PNP Express Entry stream.
Hi team,
Looking for some advice please as I can't seem to find the info I'm looking for -
I have an express entry profile already and have included my two years worth of skilled work experience in the 'work history' section. Bearing in mind I've just received a NOI from Alberta for PNP Express Entry stream, should I update my express entry profile to include my 10 years worth of employment history (not skilled) in the 'personal history' or 'work history' section?
I'm going to be applying to AINP, so I know that my information will need to match up exactly, but will it effect my application to AINP if I now update my EE profile with my 10yrs of non skilled employment history after I have received the NOI?
