Default Experts pls: Medical forms: IMM 1017 EFC vs. EDE/EFC

Category: FC1 under old law, husband in Canada

I underwent medical examination today. From the embassy in Berlin I
received the form IMM 1017 EDE/EFC. The doctor in Munich was NOT
familiar with that form and also wondered that my instructions said to
bring only 2 additional passport pictures. He said I need to use the
form 1017 EFC - which he had at his office. He also said that they
sent the wrong form.
To be on the safe side he filled in BOTH forms, so this whole thing
wouldn't cause any delay in the further process.

Can you please tell me if I should worry about this? Did the doc to
the right thing with submitting both forms to Vienna (he pinned a
little note on to the forms, explaining why he used both forms).
What is the general difference between between those two forms?

Thank you so much for your help in advance.

Is there really nobody who knows about this? I'd appreciate any kind
of hint, because I'm quite worried about this 'incident.'

Thank you again.
