I am from Pakistan and following is my history:
Sept'95:
Came to Canada(from Pakistan) on a Student Visa
Jan'96-Sept'97:
Left studies and worked without permit
July'96:
Applied for immigration(Skilled Worker) through Buffalo.
Aug'97:
Refused Immigration -- Reason: Incompletion of Education
Sept'97-Oct'00:
Went back to school and completed Accounting Diploma at Cenetennial
College in Toronto.
Nov'00:
Got work permit for one yr.(Expiring in Nov'01)
Jan'01:
Applied for immigration(Skilled Worker)
Nov'01:
Refused application for extension of Work Permit
Nov'01-June'02:
Worked without permit
June'02:
Got married in Toronto to a Canadian Citizen
Oct'02:
Applied for inland spouse sponsorship
Applied for temporary status
Jan'02:
Received interview date for Skilled worker application in Buffalo for
March'03, but cannot get US visa since no status in Canada.
Feb'03:
Inland sponsorship application refused as I dont have any status in
Canada
Mar'03:
Received deportation notice
Is there any way I can stay in Canada WITHOUT getting Immigration
officials at my door? I want to avoid going back to Pakistan at any
cost, firstly due to current political situations plus economic
conditions in Pakistan. If I HAVE to go back to Pakistan, then how
long would it take to get my sponsorhip application processed within
Pakistan?
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You had better consult an immigration attorney. This is no place to solve
such a serious problem.

How many times have you broken the law ? And you want to avoid
returning to Pakistan at any cost ?
You need professional help from an immigration lawyer, and it is going
to cost you a lot more than a trip to Pakistan.
