Hi Experts,
I am currently contemplating whether to take the IELTS test or to provide a
written evidence.
Here is my background on the usage of the English Language:
1) Communicate 95% of the time with family and friends using English Language.
2) Studied in a canadian university for 2 years and graduated with a bachelors
3) Work for 3 years at 2 different companies in Canada. My previous and current
employer has agreed to write a letter describing my english profiency at the
work place.
Will this evidence be sufficient for the CIC officer?
I need your sincere opinion on this matter.
Thanks in advance.

It should be, but keep in mind that it will be a discretionary decision of the
processing officer to accept those as enough evidence of high proficiency in English.
Why not make it bullet proof instead and pass IELTS with 7.0 or better mark?
