Hi

I would appreciate if someone could clarify a doubt regarding the immigration
processing.

We are planning to apply in the independent category as computer programmer(JAVA).
Though the NOC factors and our overall case seems to meet the requirements, i am
concerned whether the immigration officer concerned may turn us down owing to the
recession in the IT industry, i.e. he / she may think that we would not be able to
settle down in Canada.

Pls advise.

Thanks

A.K.

We have not experienced any fluctuations in the rates of acceptance, or the
processing times associated with IT professionals applying in the skilled
worker program.
