As you can see, I added almost 4 weeks of delay to the process, scrambling to get paperwork to them.

Congratulations! Three an a half month from ITA to approval! I hope that's indicative of the average speed of processing!

Re: EE PR approved!
Thank you. I is proper chuffed!
No mention of problems with initial submission and this is different anyway, because it is a request for actual photographs x 2 each and for photocopies of all the pages of your passport(s).
Simple enough request, you would think, but for various reasons, took me 20 days to get it to them...

Re: EE PR approved!
If I had a heads up about what would be required as a next step for the 2 main stages of this process, I could have shaved about 30 days off.
I have a thread about what is required for step 1, labelled EE FSW post ITA or such like so y'all can go faster.
AFAIK, step 2 is 'real' photos x2, but be careful to not just whip out previously unused passport photos. There are specific instructions to follow. Apparently, so called immigration photos are different from passport photos. Whatever.
First reaction was, yeah....just send some photos, then when it was time to post, a careful check of everything revealed requirements I worked out were probably not suggestions! Cue panic etc...
Also, if you get an office bod to photocopy all pages of your (5, in my case) passports, common sense might dictate you check every page has been done correctly, eh! Like before you pay, eh! Not just before you post it all and then realise that UK A4 paper size is different from Canadian A4.....and simply inserting the missing pages in a different paper size might seem odd to FL's pals in Ottawa...
Didn't help that I was flitting between both countries during the final step so some stuff was done in England and some stuff was done here.
All's well that ends well, I suppose!

Quick question though, we had to provide passport copies and photographs before we could submit our application, I'm guessing you did too? It seems weird they would ask again.
When do you plan on activating your PR?
