Default education points (social worker)

hi experts

my cousin decided to go through the skilled worker visa instead of
tourist visa. she has completed social work (4 yrs) plus two years
completed at the masteral level..but no master's degree.

how many points she is entitled to claim for eduction?

What you mean by "to go through skilled worker visa instead of tourist
visa"???

If he wants to visit Canada temporary then why bother going through PR visa
application process?

No degree or acceptable diploma - no points for education. Spending few
years in school without completing the program and obtaining relevant
diploma or degree won't count for anything.
