Default ECA report

I hold Diploma(3 years) and BE degree(3 years Lateral entry)in mechanical engineering. My Bachelors is from deemed university in India.I have been working as Autocad draftsman since April 2011.So I'm planning to apply PR under FSWP for NOC:2232(Mechanical engineering technologists and technicians).

Which institution in Canada will assess Indian Engineering certificates? WES or any other institution? Do I need to get attested copy of mark sheets by controller of examination for only BE related documents or Diploma and SSLC as well ?

You know that the whole FSW program is changing on 1st January right? There won't be a list of eligible occupations anymore after that.

But you can find authorised ECA providers on the CIC website.

HTH.

No it means there will no longer be a list of the 50 eligible occupations under the FSW.

I have read it. Express entry also requires
ECA report as my studies are outside Canada.

My doubt is to get assessed only my highest
Qualification which is bachelor degree or my
Diploma and secondary certificate.

ECA providers in Canada

How will I know where to get my Educational Credential Assessment (ECA)?

Three of the designated organizations can assess any foreign educational credential:

Comparative Education Service: University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies,
International Credential Assessment Service of Canada, and
World Education Services.
Most people will be able to choose one of those three to do their ECA.

But, if the primary occupation you are listing on your FSWP application is

specialist physician (2011 NOC code 3111), or
general practitioner/family physician (2011 NOC code 3112),
you must get your credentials assessed by the Medical Council of Canada.
