ECA Advice

Hi there,
I am currently looking to have my education assessed to apply under the Home Support Worker Pilot. I have 10+ years experience caring for adults and children with complex medical needs and have a diploma in residential childcare which in the UK is equivalent to an NVQ level 3 i believe. I have been trying to chose which company to use for the ECA as, after much research, it is clear that they do not all recognise qualifications equally or at all in some cases. Does anyone know who would be better to approach for my education as I require 1 year post secondary to be eligible for the pilot.
From posts I have have read WES is a no go but does anyone have any experience with IQAS or ICAS?
Any help or advice would be appreciated
Thank you

Have you found anyone yet? I am also looking for someone who has experience with IQAS or ICAS.
