E-client help !

Default E-client help !

On my e-client site, for months, it was showing "in process". Since last two weeks, all of a sudden, it started not letting me into the site.

Why would it be so? What would I do to get it shown again?

If I accidentally happened to 'mark' on the option which would not let my information shown in the internet, I want to undo it.

How would I do it? May I fax Buffalo? Will they care it ? They have not responded any of my last faxes about the status of my application as my medical is going to expire this week.
