Default Due Canadian citizenship....Please help.

My kids and I are due canadian citizenship as of today but I would be travelling to London for a long term as my husband is currently working over there at the moment.
I have decided to apply for citizenship for myself and the kids. Please help me with the following questions.

1. Do I need to inform CRA about my absence ?
2. What address do I use? I have plans to come over when invited for the citizenship test. Do I use a Canadian address for correspondence or overseas?
3. Does been away hinder my application in anyway as I am already qualified?

I would appreciate any information.

Thank you

Can I leave Canada after I mail my citizenship application?

How many days do you have right now over the 1095 and how much time to you think you will be outside of Canada?

10days over now. Length of time outside Canada depends on my husband job

Ok well you have to maintain the 730 days for PR requirements up until the day you take your oath - as long as you can do that.

Be aware that the test and oath ceremony dates could be 2-3 months apart - so you may have to make 2 trips if you don't want to remain in Canada during that time
