I'm currently finishing up my 3 year IT College Diploma, Moving onto a 2 year Apprenticeship, my main focus is Computer Programming, I already have £8,000 saved up and will have a fair bit more once I start the apprenticeship. I was planning to go on a Working Holiday visa to Winnipeg and hopefully land a job there before applying for Manitoba PNP, do I stand a good chance? (I have no criminal record or health problems)

About as much chance as Sheff Utd or Wednesday winning the Premier League
Seriously there are several threads and the wiki link at the top that might answer your questions. The WHV is a good start as it gives you exposure to Canada. Pointless applying the PNP route if you hate it here.
Cue the Manitoba and Winnipeg haters

I'll check out the wiki, I guess your right about not liking Winnipeg, I've been to Calgary, Vancouver and Victoria but never Winnipeg although I do have some friends in the city which tell me I'd fit in well

Perhaps this link might be of use
http://www2.immigratemanitoba.com/browse
The main thing you need to concentrate on is finding the job you can live with and an employer who will keep you if going the PNP route and then eventually the PR route. If accepted then after a couple of years you will be free to ply your trade anywhere in Canada. Manitoba is one of the more fortunate provinces that are seeking more PNP applicants contrary to what other posters think of the Province.
Do your research then decide if it meets your needs and expectations.
