Default Documents for minor in citizenship application

I'm very close to getting everything together at last for my family citizenship application.

The last thing I'm having trouble with is identification for my son who is 8 and at school in Canada.

Specifically I need two pieces of ID, one with a photo, both with his name and DOB. Well that's fine except I can't use his SIN card, passport or birth certificate.

Any tips or ideas on what one could use? I do have a school report but that fails in almost every way according to their requirements.

FROM THE CIC WEBSITE:

Two (2) pieces of the child’s personal identification

Both pieces of identification should show your child’s name and date of birth, one of which must have a photo on it.

Examples include:

school record
health insurance card
If there is information on both sides of your child’s personal identification documents, provide a photocopy of both sides.

For a child under school age, identification such as:

a passport page containing his or her photo and personal details, or
a hospital or immunization record, may be provided
Format: Clear and legible photocopy

I used passport, birth certificate and health card.
The passport was accepted for them.

Well yeah, passport and PR card will be in the application already since they are listed as required documents.

It looked to me as though they required two additional pieces of ID.
