Hello again,
Can anyone advise? When filling out the document checklist for a Spousal sponsorhip application, if there is something that you are not including because it doe not apply to you e.g option c printout. Do you write "n/a" next to the box on the checklist, tick the box and provide an explanation note ot just leave the tick box blank., I guess what I am worrying about is that it says? "if any docs are not included then the app will be returned" but I know it is the case for many people that they do not have an option C or they do not have dependent children so are not including their dics etc etc
To tick or not to tick,,,,,, that is the question
Any advice greatly appreciated

Yes, this "N/A" thing is really confusing.
No. 10 in IMM00008 ask you if have been previously married. If you tick "NO", should you put "N/A" in the box "Name of Previous Partner"? I didn't and the CIC officer did not complain.
However, in No. 15 it says "Your residential address, if different from your mailing address". I left it blank because this should imply that they are not different. But this time they noted that I should not leave it blank and returned my entire application.
So If I where you, I would put "N/A" on every boxes you intend to leave blank (other than tick box, of course).

Hi
But it probably wasn't an I.O. who returned it. It probably was a clerk who has a list that that states if bock x is not filed, return application. Its called not thinking it through, just following the book.
