Default Do we need service of law or consulting firm for Canadian PR application?

I am thinking of applying for Canadian PR. Do we need the service of a
law or consulting firm for Canadian PR application?

If so, should be be a law firm or a consulting firm?

What is a typical fee?

What is a typical money-back policy?

No, you don't if you are comfortable and good at filling out the forms.
If you have any questions then it may be worth your while.

I can't tell you a typical fee ... I'm not a consultant or lawyer.

I know of NO reputable immigration service that acts on a contingency
basis.

Be aware that there are some very good lawyers and consultants out there
... and there are some charlatans.

I believe lawyers not really needed unless you got a lot of money to spare.

Well, of course, you'd call CIC Canada for everything.

Your case may be straightforward and if you have expertise to present
it that way in a conclusive application package without making any
errors then you may not need assistance. But if you don't have the
expertise and your case is not as straightforward as you may think
then don't gamble and hire expert in Canada.

Some reputable experts regularly contributing to this forum provide
some sort of money back guarantee - from very limited one to 100%

I used the service of Andrew Miller with my case and his contract
guaranteed full refund of his fee in case of visa refusal and this is
probably why he is very "picky" accepting clients. But I recommend
hiring a "picky" guy over someone who takes any case promising success
just to get your money.
