Do I need photos for SOWP?

Do I need to bring photos when applying at POE for SOWP....I thought I read somewhere that I did (not on WIKI) but have since been told that I do not ... could someone clarify this please ?

I wouldn't think so. I went to the border to apply for my WP and I did not need any photographs. I am planning to bring my wife over soon and didn't plan on her getting any photographs done either.
