What is the difference between PRRA and H & C applications. What happens if
PRRA is refused, but H&C is pending. Can new evidences be presented for H&C
applications?
All replies thankfully acknowledged.

PRRA, Pre Removal Risk Assessment, is to see if there is any new reasons
arising in the home country since the removal or negative refugee decision
to defer removal. Once the an H.& C. decision has been made and the
applicant has submitted their "evidence" CIC will not accept further
evidence for that decision.

What happens if PRRA is rejected but H&C is yet not decided. Whether these
are one and the same - are different. Can new evidences in H&C can be
submitted?
