What do I need to introduce my fiance as a dependant? Should I need to include a
letter? What it should say? Should I send an application as if she were my wife?
Could somebody help me?

Your fiancée is not your dependant. She must apply on her own.

Only if you are living together as a common-law partners and can document it then it
is possible to include your common-law spouse with your application, but she will
still be assessed on her own merits. If she cannot meet the selection criteria on her
own then processing officer may consider assessing her as your dependant on the
Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds.

But if you are not living together as common-law partners then the above option is
not available and she must apply separately. Or just marry her and then include her
in your application.
